Pumpkin Butter Recipe


  • 1 can 29 ounces, pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt


  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir until thoroughly combined. Cook on low heat for 4 -5 hours. (You may need to adjust cooking time to achieve the thickness you want). For best results, stir occasionally while cooking. 

  2. Cool slightly before transferring to airtight glass containers. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
