Breakfast Popsicles A Delicious Treat

With three children in the home, breakfast time can get a little busy. Add in my busy schedule and sometimes all we have time for is a bowl of cereal. Now, cereal wouldn’t be bad if my kids actually enjoyed healthy cereal. Nope they like the stuff that’s packed full of sugar.

So, what’s my solution to this? Breakfast popsicles!

Yoplait® has always been a family favorite, ever since I was a little girl. I can clearly remember my Grandma sitting in her chair watching the Price’s Right and eating  her lemon flavored Yoplait® yogurt.

Things haven’t changed much because not only do I love Yoplait® but my kids do as well. It’s a staple in our household and I love that you can find it just about anywhere. Since I do about 95% of my grocery shopping at Walmart, I’m always thrilled to see the huge selection of Yoplait®.

Need an easy breakfast idea? These breakfast popsicles are delicious and the kids think they are getting a real treat so early in the morning.

Homemade Breakfast Popsicles

The best part about these popsicles is that you can get super creative with them! Seriously, let your kids add in their favorite fruits. These are perfect for breakfast, summer snacks, after-school snacks or late night desserts.

  • 2 cups plain Yoplait® yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • Dixie cups

Mix all of your ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl. Ensure that your ingredients are well combined.

Place your yogurt mixture into your dixie cups, place a popsicle stick in and then place in the freezer for about 6 hours.

Once your breakfast popsicles are fully frozen, peel away the dixie cup and enjoy! Trust me when I say the kids are going to love these.
