I’m always trying to find Weight Watcher desserts, I enjoy having something sweet after dinner. This Weight Watchers Fluff Recipe is one of my favorites!

This dessert idea is super simple to make and low in calories. Major win!

Anytime I can find a low point dessert, I’m all about it. But, I have some great news for you. If you are on the Blue Plan, this dessert is 1 point! If you are following a different plan, you’ll want to ensure you do the correct calculations.

To make this recipe, you’ll need to have the following ingredients.

  • Sugar Free Strawberry Jello Packet
  • Hot Water
  • Cold Water
  • Fat-free Greek Yogurt
  • Cool-Whip
  • Vanilla Extract

Add the sugar free Jello to a medium bowl. Pour in the boiling water and whisk until dissolved, then add the cold water and stir to combine. Set the mixture aside and allow it to cool for a few minutes.

In a separate bowl, add the Greek yogurt, vanilla and 1 tablespoon Cool-Whip. Pour in the Jello mixture and beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer with the whisk attachment for five to 10 minutes. When the mixture has increased in volume and is light and bubbly, stop mixing.

Spoon the mixture into four individual pots and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Before serving, top with the remaining Cool-Whip.

You can also top with fresh fruit if you want. As always, if you change up any of the ingredients you’ll want to ensure you account for those points.
