Total Time: 30 minutes

This plant-based version of Spaghetti and meat sauce will leave you stunned, that this is not hamburger meat, and is a great Vegan choice for this dish.  The sauce is home made, and it's so good, you'll never miss the meat.  These plant-based crumbles are a great way to have your favorite dishes without meat.  You're going to love this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of BEYOND MEAT crumbles - see link
  • 1 large can of stewed tomatoes - 28 ounce
  • 1 large can of tomato sauce - 15 - 16 ounces
  • 1 large sweet onion - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet basil
  • 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar (plus a little more to taste)
  • 1 pound of Spaghetti
  • 1 Tablespoon of butter

Instructions

Turn on the Instant pot to the SAUTE setting, and add the butter.

When the butter melts, add the chopped onion, and saute until golden brown.

Add the minced garlic, and cook for about a minute.

Turn off the Saute setting.  Add the Stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil, and brown sugar.  Stir well, and add the Beyond Meat crumbles.

Open the Spaghetti, and take out a few pieces at a time, and break them in half, adding them to the Instant Pot.

When all the Spaghetti is added, stir the Spaghetti into the sauce, and push it down, so that it's covered in the sauce.

Place the lid on the Instant Pot until it beeps and locks. Make sure the pressure valve is set to 'SEALING', and press the MANUAL button, and set the time to 6 minutes.

When the Instant Pot is done cooking, it will beep and go to OFF.  With a potholder, turn the pressure valve to 'VENTING', doing a 'quick release'  and release the pressure.

When all the pressure has been released, and the float valve has dropped down, remove the lid, and stir the spaghetti and meat sauce.

Plate the spaghetti and meat sauce, and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.  Serve immediately.  ENJOY!

NOTE:  If you are not familiar with doing a 'quick release' in the Instant Pot, read the instruction manual or recipes that came with your Instant Pot.  The manual will give you instructions on releasing the pressure, where the pressure valve is located, and where the float valve is located.

Weight Watchers breakfast pizza

Weight Watchers Breakfast Pizza

I don’t know about you but I always struggle to come up with breakfast ideas.

This Weight Watchers Breakfast Pizza is so filling AND low in points!

Even better, it’s a recipe that the whole family can enjoy. I will often make this breakfast pizza on Saturday mornings as a treat for the family.

Isn’t it great when you can make your favorite Weight Watchers meals for the whole family? I seriously hate trying to make multiple meals just because I’m trying to make better food choices.

Any ideas to further save on points?

Yes, you can make any adjustments that you’d like. If you want to save some points, you can try fat-free mozzarella, you can skip the turkey sausage and instead load up on veggies. Bell peppers, onions, garlic and spinach would be GREAT on this pizza!

Do I have to make my own low-point dough?

Nope, you can definitely purchase pre-made dough but you will want to account for the points.

Can I make this breakfast pizza in advance?

Yes! Sometimes, I’ll make the dough the night before so it’s ready for me in the morning. I’m all about saving time in the mornings, so this is a great hack.

How many points are in a Weight Watchers Breakfast Pizza?

It will vary based on which ingredients you use but this breakfast pizza is 5 to 7 points depending on which plan you are on.

Do you have any other Weight Watchers Meal ideas?

Of course! If you are looking for something on the sweeter side, make sure to try my Weight Watchers Cheesecake. If you are after a tasty dinner option, these Instant Pot Tamales are so delicious and perfect for Weight Watchers. You can also look over my Weight Watchers Meal Plan. This will give you some insight into what I eat in a typical week.

If you are on the MyWW Blue or Purple plan this breakfast pizza is 5 points. Green plan, you’ll want to calculate for 7 points.

Read above if you are looking for ways to save on points!

Hosting a brunch? This is a GREAT breakfast item to serve! Prepare the dough, prep a variety of ingredients and let each person make their own pizza.

Weight Watchers Breakfast Pizza

Weight Watchers Breakfast Pizza

Yield: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 27 minutes

Weight Watchers Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • Turkey breakfast sausage links
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425℉.

Take sausage out of the freezer.

Combine salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders and oregano in a small bowl.

Lightly spray your baking dish.

Combine both yogurt and flour inside a mixing bowl and blend until ingredients have formed.

If your dough still feels a little sticky, sprinkle flour onto dough until it feels solid and easy to separate.

Continue to knead the dough for 2 to 4 minutes

Place dough on top of the floured surface and sprinkle flour on top as well.

Cut dough into four pieces.

Press dough with fingers to stretch it out. Lift off of your surface and gently stretch and pull the dough until the desired thickness and size is reached.

Place in the baking dish and pierce around with a fork, paying attention to any air bubbles.

Roll up the sides, pinching as needed, to form a crust.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Cut 4 pieces of sausage into pieces. (They are still a bit frozen, but a little paring knife worked perfectly.)

Arrange the sausage around the pizza.

Crack an egg in the center.

Sprinkle with spice mixture.

Repeat for remaining pizzas.

Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until dough and eggs are cooked.

Notes

If you like your eggs less done, I suggest cooking the pizza WITHOUT the egg for 5 minutes, then remove from oven, add egg and then cook for the remaining amount of time.

Weight Watchers is becoming a wildly hot lifestyle for many people.

This simple program allows you to enjoy your favorite foods without having to put yourself on too strong of a restriction.

With a point system that lets you have a specific number of points per day, you can easily reach your weight loss goals without losing some of your favorites, like pizza!

Since there are many people thinking about Weight Watchers, but still left wondering if this is just some diet fad that lets you lose weight only to add those pounds back on, I wanted to share an extensive article about Weight Watchers.

Today I’m going to tell you everything you need to know about Weight Watchers so that you can make an educated decision.

How does the Weight Watchers program work?

The WW program works by assessing each member based on height, weight, gender, and age. From that point, Weight Watchers will evaluate how much food you need to eat in order to lose weight.

WW is great at determining a safe rate of food consumption so that you can lose weight AND keep it off. The recommended safe weight loss number is 1-2 pounds per week.

Once your personal assessment is complete, the WW program will create a daily point value. This is the number of points you can consume every day.

You’ll find that some food options have zero points, things like vegetables as an example can have a zero point value.

Each day you’ll keep a food journal to log how many points you’ve consumed to maintain the recommended level of points in the WW program.

Can you eat too many zero point foods on Weight Watchers?

I mentioned zero point foods on Weight Watchers. One important thing to note is that the zero point foods were created to help you eat healthy food options.

Although you can have as many zero point foods as you’d like, I still use caution.

As an example, in my plan, a chicken breast is zero points. This doesn’t mean that I’m going to have 3 chicken breasts for dinner.

I personally like to build my meals around my zero point foods!

FitBreak App

Weight Watchers understands the value of physical activity combined with healthy eating habits as a means to lose weight and keep it off. That’s why the WW program has a FitBreak App.

This app helps encourage you to squeeze fitness into your busy day.

The awesome thing about WW’s FitBreak App is that it takes into consideration how busy we are during our daily lives. Each of the workout options and activity recommendations is based on short, one-minute exercise options that anyone can fit into a busy day.

Community Support

The WW program understands you and how human beings need a support system in order to be successful with any new goal, such as weight loss.

That’s why Weight Watchers has many support groups that help members encourage each other. You will have access to a coach 24/7 using their app so that you’re able to find support whenever it’s needed.

Most people who have set a weight loss goal with the WW program have found that the Weight Watchers support groups add that extra layer of accountability so that they can achieve their goal.

What is the monthly cost of Weight Watchers?

I’m sure you’re now wondering how much the monthly cost of Weight Watchers is. The monthly fee for Weight Watchers will vary depending on which option you select. There are currently three levels of the Weight Watchers program to choose from.

One level is the digital WW program. This costs approximately $4.22 per week. The next level of the WW program is the Workshop option and that costs approximately $9.61 per week.

Finally, the Coaching WW program option is currently offered at $12.69 per week.

These rates are based on paying for 3 months at a time. If you opt to pay for 6 months in advance, or 1 month in advance the rate will be lower or higher respectively per program option.

If you sign up using my link, we each get a month free! If you’d like to use my referral link you can do so by clicking here.

How can I lose weight on WW?

The beauty of the WW program is that anyone can lose weight using their 24/7 coaching, support groups, and personalized assessment. With the points system, you can easily find ways to feel full every day when you opt to make full course meals using mostly zero point foods.

One of the best ways people have lost weight and kept it off using Weight Watchers is that the program not only helps you stay on track with their points system, but they help educate you on healthier eating habits.

That means, once you’ve reached your goal weight, you’ll have all of the tools necessary to continue with your healthy lifestyle habits to maintain your goal weight.

One final tidbit of information that you need to know about starting Weight Watchers is that you don’t have to end once you’ve reached your goal weight. There’s a maintenance mode option with the WW program that allows you to stay active but gives you a higher daily point value to ensure you stay within a 2-pound fluctuation of your end goal weight.

Need some Weight Watchers meal ideas? I got you covered!

Instant Pot Tamales? Yes, please!

tamales

Instant Pot Easy Chicken Tamales

With that said, I’m extremely picky with my Mexican food. It needs to have flavor, don’t come at me with some bland Mexican food.

This recipe will serve between 16 and 20 people. If you are looking to feed a larger crowd, simply double everything.

Commonly Asked Questions:

Can I freeze these tamales?

Yes, you can definitely freeze these chicken tamales. I like to dethaw them in the fridge but you can also use the defrost option on your microwave.

Can I use a different filling?

You most certainly can. You’ll just need to adjust the cooking time for the meat you select.

I don’t understand how to wrap the tamales.

I agree wrapping tamales have always been a bit tricky for me. Personally, I go to YouTube. Here is a video that has helped me.

Are tamales only served at Christmas?

They are a popular item at Christmas but they can be served all year long. We have tamales several times a year.

I’m currently on Weight Watchers, how many points are these tamales?

I’m currently on the blue plan and this recipe comes out to 2 points per tamale. Trust me when I say I end up spending around 6 points eating these, one is never enough!

Which Instant Pot do you have?

I’m using the Instant Pot Duo. You can see it here

To make this recipe, you’ll want to ensure you have the following items on hand:

Olive oil
Roja salsa
Rotisserie chicken (if you are on Weight Watchers, only use the white meat)
Salt
Smoked paprika
Cumin
Chicken broth

For the tamales:
Corn Husks
Masa
Water

Instant Pot Tamales

Instant Pot Tamales

Yield: 20
Prep Time: 2 hours

  • For the tamales:
  • 16-20 Corn Husks
  • 2 1/2 cups prepared masa
  • 1 cup of Water

Instructions

Corn Husks:
In a large pot soak the corn husks in water on low for 2 hours.
Drain water.

For the Filling:
Set on saute in your Instant Pot add the olive oil.
Shred the rotisserie chicken, and add to the pot.
Make sure to have ALL bones and skin removed.
Add the Salsa Roja, cumin, paprika, and chicken broth.
Stir to combine.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn heat off and let cool.
Remove the chicken and place in a bowl to the side.

Tamales:
Prepare masa as directed on the masa bag.
Smear a thin layer of prepared masa on each corn husk.
To the middle of the masa layer, add a small scoop of the chicken filling.
Fold the corn husk like wrapping a gift. The sides folded in first then the ends.

Place the tamale on a tray side edges down.
Set aside.
Repeat until you are out of chicken filling.
Place the steam rack on the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Add 1 cup of water.
Place all the uncooked tamales on the rack, standing upright.

Make sure to pack them in to limit movement .
Lock the lid in place.
Turn the valve to "SEALING."
Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook at high pressure 35 minutes.
When the pressure cooking is done, let the steam release for a few minutes.
Then turn the valve to "venting."

4th of July Cupcakes are not only easy to make but are always a hit at those summer BBQ’s. These cupcakes are made in a jar which really adds a festive element to them.

As summer approaches, I can’t help but get excited for all those summer parties AND the 4th of July. It’s seriously one of my favorite holidays.

The 4th of July reminds me of family and friends. It’s a time to get together, eat delicious food, let the kids play, enjoy some time in the pool and of course celebrate the freedom of our amazing country.

Easy 4th of July Cupcakes

To make these cupcakes, you’ll need to have the following:

White Cake Mix
Butter
Milk
Egg whites
Creamy Homestyle Cream Cheese Frosting
Blue and Red Food Coloring
Holiday Sprinkles
8oz Mason Jars

While this recipe is for the cupcakes in a jar, you can make them as a traditional cupcake.

I like making them in a jar as it really adds another element and they look so pretty!

4th of July Cupcakes

4th of July Cupcakes in a Jar

  • 1 box White Cake Mix
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 eggs, ONLY THE WHITES
  • 2 jars Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Blue and red food coloring
  • Colored SprinkSprinkles
  • 15 8 ounce mason jars
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt butter.

  3. Add in cake mix, milk, and egg whites and mix well.

  4. Spoon into cupcake liners filling about ⅔ full

  5. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (do not over cook).

  7. Remove from oven and let cupcakes cool completely.

  8. Separate frosting into two separate bowls and color with red or blue food coloring until desired color.

  9. Put a layer of icing in the bottom of the mason jar (I used a piping bag).

    Then add a cupcake layer.

  10. Alternate frosting color and then add another layer of cupcake.

To finish, garnish with sprinkles and enjoy!

Between work and running the kids around to their sporting events, cooking hasn’t been a priority lately.

More times than not we end up ordering out or picking up something on the way home. It’s pretty scary when you sit down and look at how much money you’ve spent on take out.

I’ve been trying to focus on cooking more meals at home but they need to be quick and easy dinners!

This Instant Pot Cheeseburger Soup does not disappoint.

Not only is it packed full of flavor but it’s ready in under 30-minutes and that’s including the time it takes to prep everything!

Easy dinner idea, Instant Pot Cheeseburger Soup

Instant Pot® Cheeseburger Soup

To make this yummy recipe, you’ll only need a few items.

Extra virgin olive oil
White onion
Ground sirloin
Italian seasoning
Sea salt & black pepper
Red potatoes
Beef broth
Heavy cream
Sharp cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley
Smoked paprika

You can get the full recipe here:

Instant Pot Cheeseburger Soup

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 medium white onion, finely diced
  • 1 lbs ground sirloin
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 lbs red potatoes, chopped small
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. Add olive oil to Instant Pot® inner cooking pot and select the “Sauté’ function. Use the “Adjust” button to select the “Normal” (medium) setting.

  2. Once hot, add the diced onion and ground sirloin. Add the Italian seasoning and season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Stir to combine and cook, stirring frequently, until the onion develops some color and the beef is mostly browned, approximately 6-7 minutes.

  3. Push the “Keep Warm/Cancel” button and add the red potatoes and beef broth. Add lid and lock into place. Switch the vent to “Sealing” and select the “Manual” setting on “High.” Adjust cook time to 3 minutes.

  4. When cook time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release for any remaining steam before carefully removing the lid.

  5. To prevent curdling, temper the heavy cream by adding 2-3 tablespoons of the hot liquid from inside the Instant Pot® to it before adding it to the container. Stir to combine.

  6. Add the cheddar cheese, one cup at a time, and stir until completely melted. Serve immediately with some freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of smoked paprika for garnish, if desired. Enjoy!

Need a quick game day appetizer? This Air Fryer Potato Skins (with Buffalo Chicken) recipe is not only an easy dish to whip up but it’s so dang good! You seriously can’t go wrong with this recipe and I guarantee you it will be a hit with all of your guests.

air fryer potato skins, instant pot buffalo chicken

Air Fryer Potato Skins

I don’t know about you but when I host a party, I always try and get creative with the dishes I’m serving. That can get extremely overwhelming and cause me not to host parties.

I’ve been trying to stick to the basics but jazz them up a bit.

This appetizer is PERFECT for any party! I’ve served these potato skins at our game day parties, random Sunday bbqs and kids birthday parties. Our guests always love these potato skins.

Personally, I’ve never been a huge fan of potato skins. I just find them to be a little blah and boring. However, my husband LOVES potato skins, so adding the buffalo chicken was a nice way to add a unique twist to them.

Not only I have I found a new appreciation for potato skins but my husband loves that this is a go-to dish lately.

Can You Make These In The Oven?

Yes, you definitely can but I’ve only used my Air Fryer, so you’ll want to play around with the temp and time.

Can I Freeze Them?

These potato skins actually freeze up very nice. I suggest to flash freeze them first, then put into a zip-lock baggie.

Any Ideas On Using The Potato?

I really don’t get too creative with all the potato I scoop out. I will typically place it in a Tupperware container and make mashed potatoes the following evening.

How Far In Advance Can I Make Them?

I really don’t like to make them more than a day or two in advance. I prefer the skins to be as fresh as possible. I normally cook the potato skins the day of the party. However, I do prep my items in advance and will make the buffalo chicken the night before.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this recipe:

Buffalo Chicken

  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Yellow onion
  • Garlic
  • Chicken broth
  • Hot sauce

Potato Skins

  • Baking potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Bacon
  • Green onions
  • Foil

Air Fryer Potato Skins

Air Fryer Potato Skins

Yield: 8
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 44 minutes
Total Time: 54 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium baking potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon
  • Green onions
  • Foil

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Air Fryer to 400.

Steps 2-4:  Pierce each potato 5-6 times with a fork or sharp knife. Rub or spray with oil and sprinkle with the salt.

Step 5: Place potatoes in the Air Fryer basket, making sure they are not crowding each other. We had large potatoes, so we could only fit two potatoes at a time.

Step 6: Cook potatoes for 20 minutes, turn and cook 20 minutes. Using tongs, lift out your potato.

Steps 7-8: Slice potato in half and scoop out potato.

Steps 9-10: Add chicken and cheese.

Steps 11-12: Air Fry for 2 minutes, or until skins are crispy and the cheese is melted. Garnish with additional toppings if desired. Drizzle hot sauce or ranch dressing.

Most of you know that I’ve been following the Weight Watchers plan for a while now.

One of my favorite things about this plan is that I can pretty much eat anything I want!

Sometimes that means planning lower point meals or getting creative with how I cook. These Weight Watcher friendly chocolate banana muffins are the perfect way to fix that chocolate craving without using up all your daily points!

Weight Watcher Friendly Chocolate Banana Muffins

I don’t know about you but every night after dinner, I have a major sweet tooth. Usually, I have one of my Built Bars but I’ve been getting burnt out on having one every single night, so I needed a change.

These muffins have definitely hit the spot. Not only are they so delicious but they are only 3 WW points!

Eating one of these in the evening always hits the spot.

However, I want to caution you that it’s easy to eat more than one, which would not be good for your daily points.

Thankfully, these muffins freeze up really nicely.

After baking a batch, I freeze them all in individual baggies. I usually take one out in the morning so that it’s defrosted by the time evening rolls around.

Freezing the muffins also helps keep the kids from eating them all as well!

To make this recipe, you’ll want to make sure you have a few things on hand.

  • Oats
  • Bananas
  • Eggs
  • Brown sugar
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Vanilla
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Chocolate chips

Make sure you check out my Instant Pot Tamales as well, they are WW friendly!

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  2. Place 1 ½ cups of oats in a blender or food processor and blend until a flour-like consistency forms. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Add eggs, brown sugar, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix to combine.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop batter into muffin tin and sprinkle with additional oats, if desired.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for a few minutes in the pan, then remove muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

My friend’s family made the best homemade Pho EVER! Seriously, it was pretty amazing. I decided to try my hand at Instant Pot Pho and while it will never compare to the Pho their family made, this one is pretty damn good as well.

This Instant Pot Pho is absolutely delicious and fairly easy to whip together. If you want a good homemade pho recipe, this is the ONE for you!

Instant Pot Pho

This dish isn’t the fastest cooking recipe but it’s so worth the effort and time it takes.

This is a great dish to make on a rainy day or anytime you just want to warm up with a nice bowl of soup.

First things first, grab all of your ingredients.

Here’s what you are going to need:

Olive oil

Yellow onion

Apple

Ginger

Cardamom pods

Cinnamon stick

Star anise pods

Cloves

Beef bone broth

Chicken stock

Fish sauce

Sugar

Salt

Ribeye or Skirt Steak

Can you freeze the broth?

Yes! Feel free to make a large batch of the broth in advance. However, I do suggest that you use the broth within 3 months. Sometimes, I’ll make a few batches at once, that way I have plenty for the next couple of months.

What type of meat do you prefer?

Typically, people use a Ribeye but it can be expensive. I use skirt steak as it’s nice and thin, less fat and it’s super affordable! I also like that skirt steak really takes on the flavor of the pho broth really well.

How long to slow cook for?

It’s really going to depend on how thick you cut the meat. I like to slice it very thin, this speeds up the process and I often only need to slow cook for a very short amount of time.

Instant Pot Pho

Yield: 6
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Additional Time: 1 minute
Total Time: 51 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large yellow onion halved
  • 1 apple halved
  • 2-inch piece of ginger sliced into ¼ inch slices
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 star anise pods
  • 5 cloves
  • 32 oz beef bone broth
  • 32 oz chicken stock
  • 3 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pound “philly style” sliced steak

Instructions

    1. Add the oil to your Instant Pot and turn on to “saute”. Once the pot is warm, add the onion and apple (both cut-side down), ginger, cardamom, cinnamon stick, star anise, and cloves. Sautee the food until slightly charred, approximately 4 minutes.

    2. Turn off the Instant Pot. Without removing anything, add the beef bone broth, chicken stock, fish sauce, sugar, and salt. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and select Soup/Broth for 20 minutes.

    3. While the broth is cooking, prep your toppings.

    4. When the Instant Pot is done, let the pressure naturally decrease for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, release the pressure and carefully open the Instant Pot.

    5. Using a slotted spoon remove everything from the pot except for the Pho broth. Once everything is removed, put the philly sliced steak into the Pho broth to cook. Stir the steak slices while in the broth. The philly sliced steak needs to be thin to completely cook. If you have thicker steak slices, simple turn on the slow cook setting on the Instant Pot and let the broth cook the meat until it is done (depending on the thickness of your slices).

    6. Put your toppings in a bowl and top with the Pho broth and steak. Squeeze a little lime on top. Enjoy!

Notes

SUGGESTED TOPPINGS

Bok Choy

Rice Noodles (cooked according to directions)

Lime cut into wedges (to squeeze on top)

Fresh herbs (basil, cilantro, or mint)

Sliced radish

Sliced mushrooms

Sliced carrots

Mung Bean Sprouts

As you can see, a normal day for me has a pretty good variety of food. Sometimes I use my weely points and other times I don’t. I don’t starve myself and I ensure I’m full.

The great thing about Weight Watchers is that you make it work for YOUR lifestyle!

Yes, a little more planning is involved while doing Weight Watchers but it’s so worth it! I love having healthy snacks around my home, not only for myself but for my family as well.
